2. By uploading, submitting, or otherwise providing any content, including but not limited to images, videos, audio, or text ("User Content") on Playfriends, you grant a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content (in whole or part) and/or to incorporate it into other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes.You represent and warrant that you have all the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to grant the above license.This license survives even if you stop using Playfriends or if your account is terminated. The User may continue to use your User Content for the purposes stated above.

3. By using Playfriends, you acknowledge and agree that Playfriends may, at its discretion, create a X (Twitter) account on your behalf for promotional purposes. This account may be used to share content, updates, and promotions related to your activities on Playfriends.

You understand and agree that:

a. The X (Twitter) account created on your behalf will be under the control and management of Playfriends.

b. Playfriends may use the created X (Twitter) account to post content related to your activities on Playfriends, including but not limited to promotions, announcements, and highlights.

c. Playfriends will make reasonable efforts to align the content shared on the created X (Twitter) account with your preferences and brand identity.

d. You have the option to request the removal of the X (Twitter) account created on your behalf at any time. However, Playfriends reserves the right to retain any promotional content shared through the account.

e. Playfriends will not use the created X (Twitter) account for any unlawful or inappropriate activities.

f. You acknowledge that the creation of the X (Twitter) account is part of Playfriends's promotional efforts and that you have the right to opt-out by notifying Playfriends in writing.
